More Evening Projects

It's always interesting to find out what other peoples tastes are. For instance I have very simple taste so a scarf like this is a little to much for me. Many people enjoy these fun scarves though and I really enjoy making them.

You saw my zig zag scarf which is a little more up my alley. There's no wasted time when you have a simple project that will make someone happy including yourself!

Review Christmas List

I thought I'd go over some of the things I made this Christmas for friends and family.

Socks, I finally found a knitting pattern that wasn't intimidating. I made 8 pairs in a worsted weight yarn. I was happy with the results.

Owls, she was my pride and joy this year. She was made for a friend after finishing a series of books. Can you guess what they were? If not she's a snowy owl. I brought her in for show & tell at the elementary school where I volunteer. This lead me to make 44 little pom pom owls for 2 classes. They had fun putting on the eyes and beaks.
Bears, 2 friends received jointed teddy bears.
