Felt Nuthatch Finished

To make the feet I settled on green floral wire. It's easy to twist with pliers, sturdy and took black spray paint well.

I call them nutter butters, the cutest little birds!

I had to see if I could make one.

Though I think it's turning out alright I find my birds flatten as I work. They loose their roundness which I'm not sure how to deal with.

Now I'm thinking about legs, the needle felter's dilemma.
