More Skateboard Mold Progress


Today was the day to put the pieces of the mold together.

Wood glue,  screws...

and a bit of sanding.

Looks pretty good...

but there are a couple of gouges.

Bondo wood filler...

my whole house stinks.

    8. The below site gives you full size templates that you can download and print to cut out your board. They have different widths, lengths and position of holes for the trucks. It all depends what style you are going for.

      We used the 8" wide template which is almost 10cm. I had to cut the template up in sections and then tape them back together.

  3. i print some stuff from a blogg but it doesn't describe how i have to build the particular molds (0,1,2,3).
    Can somebody tell me this secret ?
