OK, probably not the hardest scarf but it sure took a long time!
You start with 170 odd chain stitches and with each row you add more into the same stitches.
Until you have a jillion stitches. I started with a cream base, added a couple rows of the multi-colored and then a single row of the eyelash. All those extra stitches makes the ruffly part. Now that it's done I can appreciate it.Who's that handsome specimen wearing the scarf???
