I want to make a stuffie granny. What would you like to make and then draw a picture of it. I started making a pattern that was too complicated and stopped. I asked her if we needed to keep it simple and she said yes. A two piece head and 2 piece body and we'd figure out the rest.
I've used foam rollers in bear projects, they have wires in them you can use for posing. Our leg fabric is a velour which we machine sewed into tubes to cover the rollers. I just cut a slit in the fur and inserted the legs. One tube for the front legs and one for the back.
My grand daughter hand sews, she sewed the body and head. We have so much fun bringing her creations to life!
