Mincemeat

This is my first time making mincemeat. I just felt like doing it this year for some reason. I even dried my own apples.

And you can't just make it, you have to do something with it. My mom used to make mincemeat tarts but I didn't feel like doing the whole pastery dough thing again. Shortbread, quick and easy! Make sure you cut it before it cools.

And some extra for giving and for me. That shortbread's not gluten free!
