Thanksgiving Digestibility

The new hot super food in the Real Food campaign. I've been eating sprouted grain bread for years but never made the bread myself. I found out that my local health food store could order it for me and I'm giving it a try. Sweet potato pie was first on the list, due to the holiday. Up until now I've been stuck eating rice flour crusts which are disgusting! I'll let you know if life has gotten any better.
